Reasons from Reasons from N************************************
I chose Zhengzhou University because of its strong academic reputation, well-structured medical curriculum, and extensive clinical exposure opportunities in affiliated teaching hospitals. The university offers a supportive environment for international students, with experienced faculty and modern training facilities that enhance both theoretical understanding and practical competence.
Another important reason is that its MBBS programme is designed to meet international medical education standards, which supports eligibility for professional registration processes such as HPCSA uation upon return to South Africa, subject to meeting all required accreditation and licensing criteria. This makes it a sui pathway for my long-term goal of practising medicine in South Africa.
Overall, I ed Zhengzhou University for its balance of academic quality, clinical training exposure, and its alignment with international recognition frameworks that support future professional registration.
